• Mud (up to 80% moisture) is fed to the crusher by truck / conveyor

• The mud is fed autonomously to the dryer and dried (up to 20% moist)

​

• The raw material is burned in the reactor to produce heat to be used in drying and T-ORC.

​

• Excess Heat is exported from the dryer through pipes

​

• The heat exchanger transfers most of the heat to the T-ORC via fluid

​

• T-ORC generates electricity from the expansion of circulating fluid

​

• The cooled gas is passed through a separator to collect large particles.

​

• The remaining gas is passed through a filter to further remove small particles.

 

• Clean gas with low emission values is thrown from the chimney
